Job summary

Soul AI, a Hyderabad-based AI company, seeks an AI Trainer for Civil Engineering with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. You will develop and refine civil-engineering training content and assess AI outputs in engineering contexts.

You will evaluate AI-generated responses in Structural, Geotechnical, Environmental Engineering and Surveying, identify errors, and contribute to RLHF model tuning to improve accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI training or related civil engineering applications.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated content in engineering domains.
• Ability to create and refine technical questions and answers for training datasets.
