Job summary

Soul AI is seeking an AI Trainer-Computer Science in Hyderabad to join a fast-moving team building AI for Good. You will contribute to training projects with human-curated CS content and evaluation of AI outputs.

The role requires at least 1 year in CS, strong fundamentals in DSA, OS, DBMS and Networking, and a hands-on approach to refining AI-generated code and explanations with RLHF-based fine-tuning.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Computer Science or related fields (Teaching, Software Development, Academic Content, etc)
• Strong grasp of core subjects like DSA, DBMS, OS, Networking, and Programming Concepts
• Proficiency in analyzing and improving technical AI-generated outputs
• Knowledge of CS curriculum at the undergraduate level is a plus

• Identify and debug conceptual or logical errors in AI-driven technical responses
