Soul AI is seeking Python AI Trainers for Hyderabad to develop, review, and refine Python code samples and explanations used in AI training. The role involves training, fine-tuning LLMs with RLHF, ensuring code quality, and improving AI-generated Python outputs.

You will debug AI-driven programming responses and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen Python concepts in AI tasks. Strong Python fundamentals and analytical skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Python-related fields (Software Development, Teaching, Data Science, AI Training, etc)
• Strong coding and analytical skills
• Proficiency in core Python concepts (data types, functions, loops, OOP, file handling, etc)
• Ability to critically analyze AI-generated code and provide constructive feedback
• Familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, or algorithmic thinking is a plus
