Job summary

PrimeTalentBridge is seeking an experienced AI Trainer to design and deliver practical, banking-focused AI training programs for employees across BFSI. You will translate complex AI concepts into real-world use cases.

Collaborate with IT, Risk & Compliance, and HR teams to build capabilities while emphasizing data privacy, security, and responsible AI. Sessions will be in-person, virtual, and hybrid to drive adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT/Data Science/Business/AI or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in AI training, technology training, corporate learning or L&D.
• Experience delivering training to corporate BFSI, banking, fintech, or other regulated sectors.
• Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI and AI productivity tools.
• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Notion AI, and RPA/analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging in-person, virtual, and hybrid AI training programs for banking employees.
• Conduct hands-on workshops covering Generative AI, ChatGPT, Copilot, RPA, analytics, and automation.

AI Trainer – Banking & Financial Services

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and engaging AI Trainerto design and deliver practical, business-focused AI training programs for employees across the banking and financial services sector.

The successful candidate will help banking professionals understand, adopt, and effectively use Generative AI, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled productivity tools in their day-to-day workflows. The role requires the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical banking use cases while ensuring appropriate consideration of data privacy, information security, regulatory requirements, and responsible AI practices.

The AI Trainer will work closely with business teams, IT, Digital Transformation, Risk & Compliance, and Human Resources/Learning & Development teams to build AI capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

AI Training & Facilitation

• Design and deliver engaging in-person, virtual, and hybrid AI training programs for banking employees.
• Conduct hands-on workshops covering Generative AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, AI productivity tools, RPA, analytics, and automation.
• Develop training programs for different employee skill levels, from AI awareness and fundamentals to advanced business applications.
• Facilitate interactive demonstrations, practical exercises, simulations, case studies, and group activities.

Banking-Specific AI Use Cases

• Develop and demonstrate practical AI applications across:
• Retail and Commercial Banking
• Customer Service and Contact Centers
• Credit and Lending
• Risk Management

• Identify opportunities where employees can safely use AI to improve productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Responsible AI, Security & Compliance

• Train employees on responsible and secure use of AI within a banking environment.
• Educate participants on prompt engineering, AI limitations, hallucinations, verification of AI-generated content, and appropriate human oversight.
• Provide guidance on data sensitivity, confidentiality, personally identifiable information (PII), customer information, and restricted banking data.
• Incorporate applicable organizational policies and regulatory requirements relating to AI, privacy, cybersecurity, and information governance.
• Promote responsible AI adoption without compromising customer confidentiality, regulatory compliance, or information security.

Training Content & Learning Materials

• Develop customized training decks, facilitator guides, exercises, demonstrations, case studies, assessments, and knowledge checks.
• Create quick-reference guides, AI prompt libraries, workflow guides, FAQs, and other post-training resources.
• Develop practical examples and exercises based on the employee's actual business functions.
• Maintain and continuously update training content as AI tools, capabilities, policies, and banking use cases evolve.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Program Management

• Collaborate with IT, Digital Transformation, Innovation, HR/L&D, Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and business leaders to identify training requirements.
• Conduct training needs assessments and recommend appropriate learning paths by department and employee segment.
• Support training calendars, participant coordination, session planning, attendance tracking, and post-training activities.
• Collect participant feedback and training effectiveness data and continuously improve the program.
• Provide post-training support and guidance to encourage sustained adoption of AI tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in AI training, technology training, corporate learning, L&D, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience delivering training to corporate, enterprise, BFSI, banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated-sector employees.
• Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI and AI productivity tools.
• Experience with tools such as:

Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have

• Previous experience training employees within banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, insurance companies, or other financial institutions.
• Practical understanding of banking operations, including KYC, AML, lending, customer service, risk, compliance, operations, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with applicable regulatory and security frameworks such as RBI guidelines, GDPR, ISO 27001, data privacy, information security, and responsible AI principles.
• Certification in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing enterprise AI adoption or AI upskilling programs.
• Experience working with senior management and cross-functional business teams.
