Job summary

TekPillar in Pune seeks an experienced AI Technical Lead to design and scale enterprise AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI. You will architect multi‑agent systems, build RAG pipelines, and mentor teams across Python, LangChain, and data pipelines.

Ideal candidates will have hands‑on expertise with LLM fine‑tuning (Hugging Face, LoRA, PEFT), prompt/context engineering, and knowledge graphs (Neo4j) for integrated AI delivery. Strong leadership and delivery focus required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI/ML experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on in Generative AI, LLMs, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience building RAG pipelines for enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Python and LangChain-based development.
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search.
• Experience leading architecture, reviews, and mentoring teams.
