Job summary

Intelizign Lifecycle Services in Pune is seeking a Lead / Senior AI/ML Engineer / GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The role requires strong hands-on Python, LLMs, RAG, NLP, Transformers, LangChain/LangGraph, and production-grade AI development.

You will lead projects, mentor junior engineers, optimize performance and costs, build LLM-powered apps, and collaborate with product and data teams to turn business needs into scalable AI services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/ML, data science, NLP, or related roles.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM applications.
• Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
• Understanding of RAG architecture and implementation.
• Experience with Transformers, NLP, embeddings, prompt engineering, and LLMs.
