Job summary

Synechron in Pune is seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead to design, develop, and lead AI/ML solutions. You will architect scalable AI platforms, guide deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven outcomes.

The role emphasizes mentoring AI/ML engineers, ensuring model performance and security in production, and staying ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and cloud-based AI services.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Software Development, AI, or Machine Learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI services.
• Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, model deployment, and MLOps.
• Experience with vector databases, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases and large-scale data processing.
