Job summary

Netision Technology LLP is seeking an experienced Senior AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize enterprise AI applications using modern AI frameworks, cloud technologies, and scalable architectures.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across domains to deliver secure, high-performance AI solutions for global clients, mentor junior engineers, and advance CI/CD, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, and enterprise app development.
• Strong programming in Python, with Java or C++ advantageous.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies including OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, and LlamaIndex.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise AI solutions.
• Build AI-powered apps using OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
• Develop chatbots, AI assistants, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
• Integrate AI with enterprise apps via REST APIs and cloud services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise AI applications using modern AI frameworks, cloud technologies, and scalable architectures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance AI solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build AI-powered applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex , and other modern AI frameworks.
• Develop intelligent chatbots, AI assistants, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, and enterprise automation solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, REST APIs, databases, CRM platforms, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, software developers, and solution architects to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Design and implement AI-ready data pipelines supporting machine learning and Generative AI workloads.
• Deploy AI applications on Microsoft Azure , Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and cloud-native environments.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Implement AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI best practices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment and lifecycle management.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions for business transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, and enterprise application development.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), with knowledge of Java or C++ being an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies including OpenAI APIs , Azure OpenAI , LangChain , Hugging Face , and LlamaIndex .
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and enterprise AI applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure , Azure AI Services, and cloud-native AI deployments.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating AI with enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Azure AI Search, or similar).
• Experience with Docker , Kubernetes , Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of ETL pipelines, data engineering, SQL, and enterprise data integration.
• Strong understanding of AI security, governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric , Data Lake, or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Experience with Computer Vision , Natural Language Processing (NLP) , or Speech AI .
• Familiarity with AI agents, workflow automation, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience integrating AI with Salesforce , Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or ERP platforms.
• Azure AI, Microsoft AI, or cloud certificates are a plus.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading AI implementation projects.
