Job summary

Reycruit is seeking a seasoned AI Architect to design enterprise-scale AI solutions, translating business challenges into scalable architectures.

You will lead architecture reviews, client workshops, and cross-functional presales while guiding AI lifecycle planning and governance, ensuring security and compliance across cloud platforms.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Strong expertise in designing enterprise-scale AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions, with the ability

to translate business challenges into scalable and secure technology architectures.

• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI

Agents, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, knowledge retrieval, and Human-in-the-Loop

architectures.

• Experience evaluating, selecting, and integrating proprietary and open-source AI models and platforms

to meet business, security, performance, and cost objectives.

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, microservices, APIs, distributed systems,

cloud-native architectures, security, scalability, resiliency, and integration patterns.

• Experience designing and governing AI solutions on major cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure,

AWS, or GCP, including AI platform services, MLOps, LLMOps, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle

management.

Experience with modern AI orchestration, knowledge management, and retrieval technologies, including

AI frameworks, vector databases, enterprise search platforms, and knowledge architectures.

• Strong understanding of Responsible AI, governance, security, privacy, explainability, compliance, risk

management, and enterprise AI controls.

• Proven experience leading AI solutioning, architecture reviews, customer workshops, technical

presales, transformation roadmaps, and executive stakeholder engagements.

• Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills with experience

guiding cross-functional engineering, data, business, and delivery teams.

• Experience building reusable AI assets, reference architectures, accelerators, governance standards,

and contributing to the growth and scaling of AI practices or Centers of Excellence.

• Insurance or BFSI domain experience is highly desirable.
