Overview

As the AI Product Manager for Insurance Platforms, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for Manomay's AI accelerators across underwriting, reinsurance, claims, and operations. You will bridge business, actuarial, and technology teams to ensure Manomay's AI offerings deliver tangible value and market differentiation.
Reports to: Practice Head / Business Leader

Key Responsibilities

Define the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for Manomay's AI platforms and accelerators.

Business Alignment

Translate insurer challenges into high-impact AI use cases with measurable ROI.

Stakeholder Management

Work with clients, delivery teams, and leadership to prioritise features and initiatives.

Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive offerings to shape product direction.

Delivery Partnership

Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

Commercial Enablement

Support pre-sales, proposals, demos, and client conversations.

Define KPIs and success metrics to track business outcomes.
