Overview

As an AI Platform Engineer, you will build and operate the cloud-native AI infrastructure that powers Manomay's insurance automation platforms. You will enable rapid model deployment, monitoring, governance, and integration into core insurance systems, ensuring reliability, security, and regulatory compliance at scale.
Reports to: AI Architect / Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI platforms supporting ML training, inference, data pipelines, GenAI services, and automation tools.

MLOps Enablement

Create CI/CD pipelines for models, data validation, versioning, monitoring, and retraining.

Build secure APIs and integration layers connecting AI services with policy admin, claims, billing, and RI systems.

Operational Excellence

Ensure platform performance, resilience, observability, and cost optimisation.

Security & Compliance

Implement data privacy controls, access governance, and audit trails aligned to insurance regulations.

Work closely with data scientists, automation engineers, and delivery teams to industrialise AI solutions.

Continuously evaluate emerging AI tooling and frameworks to enhance Manomay's accelerators.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Experience

6-10 years in software or platform engineering, with hands‑on experience in AI/ML platforms.

Technical Proficiency

Cloud platforms, containerisation, orchestration, data platforms, MLOps tools, APIs.

Domain Exposure

BFSI / insurance experience strongly preferred.
