Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology roles with 2+ years designing enterprise AI platforms, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or FinTech.
• Strong experience presenting to CXOs and leading strategic advisory engagements.

Responsibilities

• Define Manomay's AI reference architecture and roadmap aligned to business strategy.
• Design cloud-native, modular AI platforms supporting structured and unstructured data.
• Embed explainability, fairness, auditability, security, and regulatory compliance into AI designs.

Overview

As the Lead AI Architect, you will define and drive Manomay's enterprise AI vision across insurance and reinsurance transformation programs. You will design scalable, secure, and compliant AI platforms powering intelligent automation, underwriting analytics, RI processing, and document intelligence. Your leadership and technical depth will shape next-generation AI accelerators while enabling clients to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Reports to: Head of Technology, Delivery Director

Key Responsibilities

Ai Strategy And Architecture

Define Manomay's AI reference architecture and roadmap aligned to business strategy, regulatory expectations, and client needs. Design cloud-native, modular AI platforms supporting structured and unstructured data.

Architect AI solutions across underwriting, claims, reinsurance, policy servicing, and operations using ML, GenAI, NLP, and automation frameworks.

Partner with delivery teams to ensure AI solutions are production-ready, scalable, secure, and resilient. Provide architectural governance across programs.

Engage senior client stakeholders to define AI adoption strategies, transformation roadmaps, and value realization plans.

Responsible A I And Governance

Embed explainability, fairness, auditability, security, and regulatory compliance into all AI designs.

Innovation And Accelerators

Lead the creation of Manomay AI accelerators and IP platforms such as document intelligence engines, underwriting copilots, and RI automation frameworks.

Coach architects and senior engineers, building a high-performance AI practice.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.

Experience

7+ years in technology roles with 2+ years designing enterprise AI platforms, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or FinTech.

Technical Expertise

Cloud AI services, data platforms, GenAI/LLMs, MLOps, microservices, APIs, security frameworks.

Strong experience presenting to CXOs and leading strategic advisory engagements.
