Job summary

CRMTechIndia seeks an experienced AI Functional Consultant to drive AI-based projects by collaborating with AI/ML, Product, Engineering, and Business teams in Gurugram. You will gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, define AI workflows, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

The role includes supporting AI adoption, documenting processes, and guiding workshops, demos, and UAT to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an AI Functional Consultant.
• Experience on AI, Generative AI, NLP, Chatbot, Automation projects.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional specs and docs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for an experienced AI Functional Consultant who can drive AI-based projects by collaborating closely with AI/ML, Product, Engineering, and Business teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional understanding, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to bridge business requirements with AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with AI/ML teams to drive end-to-end execution of AI-powered projects and initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define AI workflows, use cases, integrations, and solution approaches.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Drive AI adoption initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and business process improvements.
• Participate in solution discussions related to Generative AI, LLMs, Chatbots, RAG, NLP, and AI-driven automation.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, client discussions, demos, UAT sessions, and project status meetings.
• Ensure documentation of business processes, functional flows, AI use cases, and project deliverables.
• Support change management, user training, and AI solution adoption across business teams.

Requirements:

• Have 3+ years of experience as an AI Functional Consultant in technology-driven environments.
• Have experience working on AI, Generative AI, NLP, Chatbot, Automation, or data-driven projects.
• Possess strong understanding of AI project lifecycles, business workflows, and functional documentation.
• Have the ability to coordinate effectively with AI/ML teams, developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Are familiar with AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Chatbots, Sentiment Analysis, or AI Automation workflows.
• Have experience with requirement gathering, user stories, BRDs/FRDs, process mapping, and UAT coordination.
• Are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple AI initiatives simultaneously.
• Have strong collaboration skills to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
