Job summary

Careernet is seeking an Operations/Data Operations professional in Mumbai to support automation-driven workflows, validate data, and perform variance analysis. You will review JSON outputs and logs, work with ticketing platforms, and help improve RPA- and AI-driven processes in a fast-paced shared services environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in operations or automation support, strong SQL/Power Query skills, and a keenness to work with service management tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, service delivery, data operations, QA, or automation support.
• Hands-on experience with RPA and AI in an operations or support environment.
• Strong SQL and Power Query for data analysis and operational reporting.
• Ability to manage structured data, reconciliation tasks, and variance analysis with accuracy.
• Experience supporting service workflows and ticketing tools for incident resolution.
