You will collaborate with our founder and project leads, translating client briefs into visual systems that feel intentional, not templated. This taste-first role uses AI as a multiplier, not a crutch, with opportunity to influence multiple enterprise and startup projects.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional visual/product design experience, agency experience is a strong plus.
• Fluency with AI-native tools in a real production workflow and ability to art-direct AI output.
• Strong command of Figma and the Adobe Suite; willingness to learn.
• Portfolio demonstrates range across brand, web, and product design.
• Ability to defend design decisions with reasoning, not just vibes.
• Clear communication with clients and teammates, open to direct feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual design for client projects, Webflow sites, product interfaces, brand identities, from concept to final delivery.
• Use AI tools as part of your process for ideation, iteration, and speed while maintaining a non-generic POV.
• Curate and refine AI-assisted output, knowing what to keep, kill, or hand-craft.
• Build and maintain design systems that scale across multiple client engagements.
• Collaborate with our team through a desktop-first workflow with deliberate mobile adaptation passes.
• Push back on ideas when the work isn't good enough.
• Stay ahead of visual and AI-tooling trends without chasing every new plugin.

Someone who can look at ten AI-generated directions and know instantly which one is actually good, then push it further than the tool could on its own.

You'll work closely with our founder and project leads, translating client briefs into visual systems that feel intentional, not templated.

What You'll Do

• Lead visual design for client projects, Webflow sites, product interfaces, brand identities, from concept to final delivery
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Figma AI, ChatGPT/Claude, and whatever's next) as part of your process for ideation, iteration, and speed, while maintaining a distinct, non-generic point of view
• Curate and refine AI-assisted output ruthlessly; know when to keep, kill, or hand-craft over it
• Build and maintain design systems that scale across multiple client engagements
• Collaborate with our team through a desktop-first workflow with deliberate, considered mobile adaptation passes
• Push back on ideas (including the client's) when the work isn't good enough
• Stay ahead of visual and AI-tooling trends without chasing every shiny new plugin

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional taste. This is non‑negotiable. Your portfolio should make this obvious in the first 10 seconds.
• 1+ years of professional visual/product design experience (agency experience is a strong plus)
• Fluency with AI-native tools in a real production workflow, not just prompting, but knowing how to art‑direct AI output
• Strong command of Figma and the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop); willingness to learn it is a must
• A portfolio that shows range: brand, web, and product, not just one lane
• Ability to defend design decisions with reasoning, not just vibes
• Clear and good communication: able to explain design decisions to clients and teammates without jargon, and comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion/interaction design
• Prior experience at a design agency serving enterprise or high-growth startup clients
