Job summary

HOWL is seeking an AI‑driven Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Mumbai. You’ll blend strong design fundamentals with AI to craft social media visuals, digital campaigns, banners and brand communication.

Bring 2–3 years design experience, mastery of Photoshop/Illustrator, and a proactive approach to explore generative AI tools to ideate and refine concepts. Collaboration with multiple teams and tight timelines are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or creative setting.
• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for ideation and refinement.
• Ability to develop visual directions from briefs and adapt across formats.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who is AI-first - someone with strong design fundamentals who is already using AI as a serious part of their creative process.

You’ll work across social media, digital campaigns, banners, brand communication and other creative requirements, using both traditional design tools and AI to develop ideas and create high-quality visual work.

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, digital or creative environment.
• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Flux, Ideogram or similar.
• Ability to use AI as part of the creative process, not just generate images.
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail.
• Ability to take a brief and independently develop a visual direction.
• Comfortable working across multiple formats and tight timelines.
