Job summary

Charter Global in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of enterprise-grade AI solutions, GenAI applications, intelligent AI agents, and scalable ML platforms.

You will build end-to-end ML pipelines, optimize workloads on Azure and AWS, and implement governance to protect data privacy while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong programming in Python with hands-on ML experience in production systems.
• Experience building GenAI/LLM enabled applications and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with model governance, data privacy and secure AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions and GenAI workflows.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines including training, deployment, monitoring.
• Develop real-time data pipelines and vector search capabilities.

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to drive the development of enterprise-grade AI solutions, Generative AI applications, intelligent AI agents, and scalable machine learning platforms.

Key Technical Skills

• Programming & Machine Learning: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Statistical Modeling, Predictive Analytics, Deep Learning.
• Generative AI & LLMs: Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, AI Agents, LangChain, Semantic Kernel.
• Vector Search & Data Engineering: Vector Databases, Semantic Search, Knowledge Repositories, Real-Time Data Pipelines, Data Orchestration.
• Advanced Machine Learning: Supervised and Unsupervised Learning, Regression, Classification, Clustering, Random Forest, XGBoost, LightGBM, Forecasting and Neural Networks.
• AI Security & Governance: Responsible AI, Model Performance Optimization, Data Privacy, AI Risk Mitigation and Secure AI Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions, GenAI applications, RAG architectures and agentic AI workflows.
• Build and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including model training, deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Develop real-time data pipelines, vector search capabilities and AI-powered enterprise applications.
• Optimize AI workloads across Azure and AWS for scalability, performance, security and cost efficiency.
• Implement AI governance, data protection and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate business challenges into impactful AI solutions.

Preferred Background

Experience in financial services, logistics, operations or other regulated industries is an advantage. Relevant Azure AI or AWS Machine Learning certifications are a plus.
