Job summary

Altraize is seeking an AI/GenAI Engineer with strong Python skills to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions. You will build reliable applications, chatbots, and automation tools while collaborating with senior engineers across teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, LangChain or similar frameworks, and cloud platforms. You will contribute to AI initiatives, focus on model evaluation, and optimize system performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or AI/ML roles.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Python programming experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI applications, including RAG pipelines, chatbots, and automation tools.
• Build and maintain APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js.
• Perform data preprocessing, embeddings, and vector search implementations.
• Support data ingestion pipelines and data workflows.
• Participate in prompt engineering, testing, and AI model evaluation.
• Debug, monitor, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI features.

• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate is an advantage.
• Education: BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA, or MSc in Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years of stability in an organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and learning mindset.
• Notice period: Immediate to 45 days.
