Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior AI Engineer to lead AI/ML model development and GenAI initiatives. You will design robust ETL pipelines, build LLM-based apps, and deploy models via APIs within enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, ensure end-to-end ownership, and drive scalable AI solutions across business units, with a strong emphasis on production readiness and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT experience with a focus on AI engineering.
• 5+ years of AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with ETL pipelines and data workflows.
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace.
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• API development and model deployment.
• English level minimum B2.
