You will play a key role in building scalable processes, improving customer journeys, and translating business opportunities into practical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of business and operational strategies for a quick commerce platform.
• Identify opportunities to improvecustomer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Develop and implement scalable processes for day-to-day business operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic and operational initiatives.
• Analyse business performance, customer behaviour, operational metrics, and other data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build dashboards, reports, trackers, and performance frameworks to monitor key business metrics.
• Identify operational gaps and work with relevant teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Support initiatives related to customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and overall customer experience.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and service providers where required.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within quick commerce and family-focused commerce.
