Job summary

INPRO in Pune is seeking an AI tools engineer to design, develop, and test AI-powered web tools using OpenAI APIs.

You will integrate GPT models for content generation, summarization, chatbots, or automation, and build interfaces with React and HTML/CSS.

The role requires strong Python and API skills, backend knowledge (Flask/FastAPI/Node.js), and a flair for prompt engineering and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Strong Python foundation and API integration skills.

• Collaborate with the core team to design, develop, and test AI-powered web tools using Open AI APIs.
• Explore and integrate GPT models for use cases such as content generation, summarization, chatbots, code assistants, or business automation.
• Build intuitive user interfaces (using React, HTML/CSS, or frameworks) for deployed tools.
• Write scripts to fine-tune prompts and workflows for better AI output quality.
• Analyze model outputs, debug issues, and optimize performance.
• Conduct research on best practices and stay updated with Open AI/LLM developments.
• Document the tools developed and prepare user and developer documentation.
• Strong foundation in Python and API integration.
• Familiarity with Open AI API or similar LLM tools (ChatGPT, GPT-4, etc.).
• Experience or knowledge of Flask / Fast API / Node.js for backend development.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, React is a plus).
• Ability to work with JSON, REST APIs, and prompt engineering.
