Job summary

The Kiran Academy in Pune invites applications for a role building AI-powered web tools. You will design and implement AI features using OpenAI APIs, fine-tune prompts, and develop robust backends with Python and modern frameworks.

You’ll also craft user interfaces with React and document the tools for end users and developers. Strong Python skills, API integration experience, and familiarity with frontend basics are essential.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/MTech/CS–IT with AI/ML focus or MCA/MSc CS/IT are acceptable.
• Solid understanding of Python and API integration.
• Experience with web frameworks (Flask/FastAPI or Node.js).
• Frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JS; React a plus).
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Collaborate with the core team to design, develop, and test AI-powered web tools using OpenAI APIs.
• Explore and integrate GPT models for use cases such as content generation, summarization, chatbots, code assistants, or business automation.
• Build intuitive user interfaces (using React, HTML/CSS, or frameworks) for deployed tools.
• Write scripts to fine-tune prompts and workflows for better AI output quality.
• Analyze model outputs, debug issues, and optimize performance.
• Conduct research on best practices and stay updated with Open AI/LLM developments.
• Document the tools developed and prepare user and developer documentation.
• Strong foundation in Python and API integration.
• Familiarity with Open AI API or similar LLM tools (ChatGPT, GPT-4, etc.).
• Experience or knowledge of Flask / Fast API / Node.js for backend development.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, React is a plus).
• Ability to work with JSON, REST APIs, and prompt engineering.
