Job summary

The Kiran Academy in Pune invites a talented AI developer to design, build, and test AI-powered web tools using OpenAI APIs. You will create interfaces with React/HTML/CSS, fine-tune prompts, and integrate GPT models for content generation and chatbots.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize model outputs, document tools, and stay updated with OpenAI/LLM developments while delivering high-quality backend and frontend code.

Qualifications

• BE-CSE/IT or BTech-CSE/IT required.
• Experience with OpenAI API / LLM tools beneficial.
• Frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JS); React a plus.
• Ability to work with JSON and REST APIs.

Job description

• Collaborate with the core team to design, develop, and test AI-powered web tools using OpenAI APIs.
• Explore and integrate GPT models for use cases such as content generation, summarization, chatbots, code assistants, or business automation.
• Build intuitive user interfaces (using React, HTML/CSS, or frameworks) for deployed tools.
• Write scripts to fine-tune prompts and workflows for better AI output quality.
• Analyze model outputs, debug issues, and optimize performance.
• Conduct research on best practices and stay updated with Open AI/LLM developments.
• Document the tools developed and prepare user and developer documentation.
• Strong foundation in Python and API integration.
• Familiarity with Open AI API or similar LLM tools (ChatGPT, GPT-4, etc.).
• Experience or knowledge of Flask / Fast API / Node.js for backend development.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, React is a plus).
• Ability to work with JSON, REST APIs, and prompt engineering.
• Critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and communication skills.
