Job summary

Experian is seeking a Director of AI Marketing Analytics to lead data-driven marketing strategies across the consumer lending lifecycle. You will report to the VP of Analytics Consulting and help build advanced AI solutions to optimize marketing performance, customer acquisition, and portfolio outcomes.

You will bring expert knowledge of credit data, marketing analytics, and machine learning, while managing teams and delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, CS, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
• Expertise in marketing analytics for consumer lending or financial services.
• Hands-on experience building AI systems applied to marketing analytics or lending use cases.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, AI agent frameworks, and a portfolio of agent-based solutions.
• 8+ years of data science or analytics, with 2 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven marketing analytics across the consumer credit lifecycle.
• Hands-on building and iteration of AI solutions to support marketing decision-making.
• Champion AI intelligence to enhance campaign targeting, personalization, and optimization.
• Develop new analytical products using Big Data platforms and scalable infrastructure.
• Be SME on credit bureau data, marketing attribution, and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Technology to achieve strategic goals.
