Job summary

Michael Page is partnering to establish an AGI-focused research centre in Bengaluru, aiming to bridge breakthrough AI research with large-scale commercial impact. The role focuses on defining the AGI and frontier AI roadmap and leading research in foundation models, multimodal intelligence, and agentic AI.

You will build and scale a world-class team of AI researchers and engineers and oversee infrastructure for large-scale model training and evaluation, shaping long-term strategic direction.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in AI/ML/CS from a leading institution.
• 12+ years of technology leadership with deep AI research experience.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, multimodal models, and AGI-related research.
• Proven experience leading elite AI research teams and innovation programmes.
• Recognised publications, patents or frontier AI contributions.
