Job summary

Astek seeks a Lead AI/ML Engineer in India to design, build, and deploy production-grade GenAI systems. You will lead end-to-end LLM–powered applications, implement RAG pipelines, and craft prompts, with strong Python backends and AWS deployment experience.

Ideal candidates have hands-on GenAI, LangChain/LangGraph, and microservices expertise, and enjoy delivering enterprise-ready GenAI solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM development.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents or similar.
• Strong Python with microservices experience.
• Ability to design end-to-end GenAI architectures.

What the Role Will Focus On

• Building conversational agents, copilots, and multi-agent workflows

Required Skills & Experience
