Job summary

Wilco Source is seeking an experienced AI Engineer with 8-9 years in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, MLOps and cloud platforms to design, develop and deploy scalable AI solutions, AI agents, chatbots and enterprise GenAI applications.

You will build and deploy AI/ML solutions, develop LLM-based applications and AI agents, implement RAG architectures, establish MLOps, model monitoring and governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 8–9 years of AI/ML experience.
• Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and MLOps.
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) exposure.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
• Develop LLM-based applications, chatbots, and AI agents.
• Implement RAG architectures and vector search.
• Build AI APIs, microservices, and end-to-end AI pipelines.
