Job summary

Careernet is seeking an experienced AI/automation architect to design end-to-end AI, generative AI, and RPA solutions aligned with business goals and enterprise standards.

You will identify automation opportunities, translate challenges into practical technology solutions, and develop reusable architectures for enterprise use cases. Collaboration with business, IT, security and data teams will be essential to drive production rollouts and governance.

Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in AI, automation, solution architecture, digital transformation or technology-enabled business transformation.
• Strong hands-on experience with RPA, Microsoft Power Automate, generative AI, large language models, agentic AI and AI agents.
• Practical experience designing AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
• Ability to architect scalable AI and automation solutions integrating enterprise applications, workflows, APIs and business processes.
• Experience delivering AI or intelligent automation solutions from concept and proof-of-concept through production deployment.

Responsibilities
