Job summary

Deltek is seeking a Product Manager who approaches problems with an AI-first mindset, aiming to make product managers more productive and create superior user experiences through AI and automation. The role emphasizes experimenting with new technologies and translating customer problems into tangible product opportunities.

The successful candidate will define product vision, roadmaps, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and familiarity with technical teams.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, RAG architectures, workflow automation, or ML concepts.

• Can AI make Product Managers more productive?
• Can AI create a fundamentally better user experience than traditional software?
• Can emerging technologies unlock new business models or product opportunities?

The ideal candidate is highly curious, experiments with new technologies independently, and demonstrates a track record of using AI and automation to solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and business outcomes.

Product Delivery

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive prioritization based on customer and business outcomes.
• Measure product adoption, retention, and value realization.

AI & Technology Leadership

• Stay current with AI models, agents, automation platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI internally and externally.
• Champion experimentation and rapid learning.
• Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage and evaluation.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience (not mandatory)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with technical teams.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, RAG architectures, workflow automation, or machine learning concepts.
