Job summary

Thinkwires is seeking an experienced Generative AI Lead with 8+ years to join a product-based client in a full-time role across Gurugram, Bangalore, and Chennai. You will design, develop, deploy, and scale enterprise-grade GenAI solutions.

You will lead architecture, guide teams, and drive production deployments on Azure or AWS, focusing on RAG pipelines, AI agents, and scalable ML systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Proven experience deploying GenAI on Azure or AWS.
• Experience building production-grade RAG pipelines, chatbots, and agentic AI applications.
• Strong knowledge of LLM integration, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with cloud deployment, scalability, performance optimization, and CI/CD.
• Kubernetes/OpenShift experience is an advantage.
