Job summary

NavaSys Technologies is seeking an AI Engineer to develop and deploy advanced AI models, including LLMs, and to design autonomous agent systems. You will build end-to-end ML solutions, implement scalable MLOps pipelines, and collaborate with product teams to embed AI capabilities across our portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AI/ML development experience, strong Python skills, and hands-on work with Generative AI techniques, agentic frameworks, and cloud AI services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI techniques (Transformers, GANs, etc.).
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, etc.).
• Proficiency in MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services.
