Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and agentic AI systems, and will be comfortable building production-ready AI applications using modern frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art LLMs
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines integrating vector databases and external knowledge sources
• Develop applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks
• Implement agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows and tool-using agents
• Work with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar standards for model/tool interaction
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM performance for real-world use cases
• Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to integrate AI solutions into products
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI-driven systems
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI tooling

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML or Generative AI
• Strong understanding of LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures
• Proficiency with LangChain (or similar frameworks)
• Experience building agentic AI systems and workflows
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or comparable model-tool integration approaches
• Solid programming skills in Python
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
• Understanding of embeddings, prompt engineering, and evaluation techniques
• Experience deploying AI services using APIs, cloud platforms, or containers

Good to Have:
