Job summary

Bain is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer in India to lead hands-on generative AI and agentic AI initiatives, design scalable workflows, and deploy AI solutions in production.

You will work with LangGraph/LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector stores, and LLM APIs, with strong Python, MLOps, and cloud skills to take GenAI projects from development to production.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, agentic workflows and production AI deployments.
• Strong Python skills, with LLMOps/MLOps experience and model evaluation.
• Experience building/optimizing RAG pipelines, vector stores, and integrating LLM APIs.

Job description

• We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures and production deployment of AI solutions
• The candidate will design and develop agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph/LangChain, build and optimize RAG pipelines, integrate vector databases and LLM APIs, and deploy scalable AI/ML applications
• The role requires strong Python skills and experience with LLMOps/MLOps, model evaluation, prompt engineering, embeddings, APIs, Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms
• Candidates should have practical experience taking GenAI/ML solutions from development to production.
• 2-5 with undergrad and 1-3 with Masters.
