Job summary

ConveGenius in India is hiring AI/ML engineers to develop NLP, Computer Vision, and Speech technologies for Bharat. You will collaborate with researchers to build innovative AI solutions, mentor teammates, and conduct experiments in deep learning to support the development of scalable education platforms used across 22+ states.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field, 1–2 years in ML with NLP/CV focus, hands-on ML deployment, and familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with experience in machine learning and data analysis.
• 1-2 years of industry experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on NLP and Computer Vision.
• Hands-on experience of ML model development and deploying.
• Experience working with training and fine-tuning LLM is a plus.
• Experience in audio/speech technologies is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in Python, node.js or other relevant programming languages.
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries, such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Conversational frameworks like Rasa, DialogFlow, Lex, etc.

• Collaborate with other AI researchers to develop innovative AI solutions and services to be used
