Job summary

Bizight Solutions Pvt Ltd, in partnership with SalesPanda, seeks an experienced AI Engineer/Sr Developer to design and integrate AI agents and OpenAI-based solutions within the SalesPanda platform and CRM integrations. You will work on production-grade multi-agent systems and APIs.

The role requires 2+ years in software development with Python, 1-2 years with OpenAI/LLMs, and strong Django and API experience.

Job Description – AI Engineer/Sr Developer (Python, AI Agents, API Development)

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with at least 2+ years of experience in software development, including 1-2 years specifically working with OpenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role will involve the development and integration of AI models, focusing on AI agents and their applications for WhiteOwl and within the SalesPanda platform. You will be part of a dynamic team creating innovative AI solutions and integrating them into CRM systems and other third-party tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI solutions using OpenAI's LLM models to build AI agents and relevant use cases within the SalesPanda platform.
• Understand and apply OpenAI models to create customized AI solutions and integrations.
• Should have worked on production grade multi-agentic systems
• Build and maintain APIs to integrate with CRM tools and other third-party applications.
• Stay updated with advancements in OpenAI technologies and LLM models to continually enhance the platform’s AI capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven features and improve platform functionality.
• Participate in architecture design and contribute to the AI-driven features and backend systems.
• Develop Python applications, including APIs for integrations and new functionalities.

Candidate Profile / Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (Full time) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Python, and 1-2 years specifically working with OpenAI, LLM, and AI agents.
• Experience developing and implementing AI-driven solutions, leveraging OpenAI models.
• Proficiency in Python programming, with a solid understanding of Django and web application development.
• Expertise in working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party applications and services.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agent development.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with database technologies like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of GraphQL for web services integration.
• Previous experience working on AI integrations with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and hosting AI models.
