Job summary

Diksha Technologies Limited is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI solutions across the organization. You will collaborate with HR, Marketing, IT, Sales, Finance, and Operations to identify high-impact use cases and deliver production-grade tools.

Responsibilities include deploying LLM-based solutions, managing data privacy, and driving the AI roadmap. On-site work in Gurugram with 12-15 years of experience expected.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Understanding of data security and privacy practices.
• Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

• Identify, prioritize and scope AI and automation use cases.
• Build and deploy solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, chatbots and workflow automation.
• Integrate AI tools with existing systems such as HRMS, CRM, ticketing tools, internal databases and APIs.
• Fine-tune prompts, evaluate model outputs and monitor accuracy, cost and performance.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and responsible AI usage in all solutions.
• Create dashboards and reports that measure the business impact of each AI initiative.
• Document solutions and train employees on how to use them.
• Contribute to the company's AI roadmap and keep up with new developments.

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI solutions across the organization. You will work with teams such as HR, Marketing, IT Infrastructure, Sales, Finance, and Operations to find high-impact use cases and turn them into reliable, secure, production-ready tools that improve efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with department heads to identify, prioritize and scope AI and automation use cases
• Build and deploy solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, chatbots and workflow automation
• Integrate AI tools with existing systems such as HRMS, CRM, ticketing tools, internal databases and APIs
• Fine-tune prompts, evaluate model outputs and monitor accuracy, cost and performance
• Ensure data privacy, security, and responsible AI usage in all solutions
• Create dashboards and reports that measure the business impact of each AI initiative
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms and vendors (build vs. buy)
• Document solutions and train employees on how to use them
• Contribute to the company's AI roadmap and keep up with new developments

Must-Have Skills

• 12-15 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.), prompt engineering, and RAG
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Working knowledge of SQL and data pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Understanding of data security and privacy practices
• Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

Good to Have

• Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Power Automate) and AI agents
• Knowledge of ML model training, fine-tuning, and MLOps
• Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD
• Experience deploying AI chatbots or internal enterprise tools
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
