Job summary

Conversehr Business Solutions is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to design and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions in production. You will build RAG workflows, mentor engineers, and partner with business teams to solve complex problems in a collaborative setting.

The role requires 6+ years in software/AI, hands-on Python and Azure AI services experience, and a track record of delivering production AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software or AI/ML engineering experience.
• Proven experience delivering Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions to production.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading projects.
• Azure AI or Data certifications are advantageous.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience, Education & Certifications:

• 6+ years of software or AI/Machine Learning engineering experience.
• Proven experience delivering Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions to production.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading projects.
• Azure AI or Data certifications are advantageous.

Technical Skills :

• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Generative AI lifecycle.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of knowledge graphs, graph databases, or Graph RAG.
• Experience with modern data platforms and pipeline technologies.
• Experience contributing to semantic design and governance for complex business domains and data landscapes.

Soft Skills:

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
