Job summary

Reflections Info Systems is seeking an AI-driven QA - SDET to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, API, and Salesforce apps. You will build test suites with Playwright, Appium, and WebdriverIO and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Role emphasizes functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing, plus performance testing with K6. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a passion for AI-enabled quality engineering are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Test Automation with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
• Experience in Mobile Test Automation using Appium and WebdriverIO for Android and iOS platforms.
• Proficient in API Testing and Automation for REST/SOAP services, including validation of integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, custom objects, flows, validation rules, and business processes.
• Experience with Performance Testing using K6 to assess application scalability, stability, and responsiveness.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar DevOps platforms.
• Proficient in SOQL/SOSL for Salesforce data validation and backend testing activities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Apex testing, integration testing, and deployment validation.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and modern software development practices.
• Exposure to AI-driven testing tools, AI-assisted automation frameworks, and intelligent test generation solutions.Keen interest in emerging AI technologies and their application in Software Testing and Automation Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Execute performance and load testing using K6 and analyze system performance bottlenecks.
• Validate Salesforce applications, integrations, and business workflows through automated and manual testing approaches where required.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable recommendations for quality improvements.
• Contribute to automation framework enhancements, coding standards, and QA best practices.
• Mentor team members and promote automation-first and quality engineering practices across projects.
