Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹21,000 per month

About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, execution-focused intern to work closely with the Founder’s Office.

This is not a typical “light” internship. You’ll get real exposure to how a startup runs — from hiring and people operations to AI-assisted workflows and personal branding.

If you enjoy responsibility, learning fast, and using AI tools to get work done efficiently, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Work On

1. HR & People Operations (≈30%)

• Coordinate hiring for interns and field roles
• Draft offer letters, experience letters, and basic HR documents
• Maintain attendance, trackers, and employee records
• Support internal engagement (announcements, appreciation posts)

2. AI & Automation Support (≈40%)

Use tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Notion, etc. to:

• Draft LinkedIn posts, blogs, emails, and captions
• Create content templates and frameworks
• Organize content systems and simple workflows
• Improve productivity using AI (no coding required)

3. Personal Branding & Social Media (≈30%)

• Convert founder’s ideas, voice notes, or rough inputs into:
  • LinkedIn posts
  • Instagram captions, stories, and basic reels
• Design clean visuals using Canva
• Maintain a simple content calendar and posting schedule

Who Should Apply

• Are a final-year student or recent graduate (BBA / MBA / Mass Comm / BCA / Engineering or similar)
• Are comfortable writing in English
