Job summary

You will design curricula, conduct engaging sessions, and mentor learners across cohorts. You will stay abreast of latest developments in AI, NLP, LangChain, and data visualization tools, and translate complex concepts into accessible learning experiences while maintaining high teaching standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, LLMs, LangChain, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
• Prior teaching or training experience with ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage learners.
• Adaptability to diverse learning styles and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Lead Trainer to oversee and deliver our AI Agents, Data Science, and Data Analytics training programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in these domains, coupled with a flair for teaching and mentoring.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1.Curriculum Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions covering topics such as Python programming, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, LLMs, LangChain, prompt engineering, data analysis, data visualization, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

1. Content Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update course materials, including lectures, hands‑on projects, and assessments.
2. Student Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to students, helping them navigate complex concepts and complete practical assignments.
3. Performance Evaluation: Assess student progress through evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
4. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and data science, incorporating relevant advancements into the training programs.
5. Course Video Creation: Create video tutorials related to the courses.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
2. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP techniques, LLMs, LangChain, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
3. Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching or training, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner is advantage.
