Alignerr is seeking AI Data Quality Analysts to review AI-generated outputs across text, images, and structured data. You will evaluate factual accuracy, relevance, clarity, and consistency, and rate content quality using detailed rubrics.

This is a fully remote hourly contract with flexible hours, allowing you to work independently and asynchronously. You will document actionable feedback to guide model improvements and ensure high-quality AI responses used by millions, with opportunities for

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated responses across a variety of content types and topics
• Evaluate outputs for factual accuracy, relevance, clarity, and consistency
• Rate content quality using structured rubrics and detailed guidelines
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI responses fall short
• Document clear, actionable feedback to guide model improvement
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Sharp eye for detail with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable reading and evaluating written content across diverse topics
• Able to follow structured guidelines and apply them consistently
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and reliable — you manage your time and meet deadlines
• No prior AI, data, or technical experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in editing, research, fact-checking, or content review
• Familiarity with quality assurance or evaluation workflows
