Alignerr is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer (AI Data Trainer) to craft structured reasoning traces and high-quality training data for advanced AI models. This fully remote hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week and flexible scheduling.

You will document step-by-step planning, decision-making, and tool use to teach AI systems reliable real-world reasoning. A strong ML/CS background and precise writing are essential for success.
