Alignerr Corp. seeks experienced Business Analysts to lead a team creating high-quality, business-focused AI training content that improves models built by leading research labs. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with 10–40 hours per week.

You'll mentor analysts, oversee QA, coordinate with stakeholders, and help translate complex business concepts into structured content across finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists creating business-focused AI training content
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across projects
• Conduct QA reviews on team outputs, refine processes, and drive continuous improvement
• Provide constructive performance feedback, coaching, and professional development support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular project updates
• Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations

Who You Are

• Experienced people leader with 2+ years managing analysts or specialist teams
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, management consulting, or domain-focused content work
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate logical soundness and accuracy
• Confident communicator who can deliver clear feedback and collaborate across a distributed team
• Creative thinker who can translate complex business concepts into structured, accessible content
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field
• Experience with data annotation, data quality, or content evaluation workflows
• Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business content creation
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language model evaluation
