HCLTech is seeking an AI Consultant focused on GTM and solutioning within the AI Center of Excellence. You will collaborate with Sales, Presales, and architects to shape AI opportunities, craft compelling client narratives, and support growth initiatives.

The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site role in India’s UP region.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy management professional to support AI-led growth initiatives across G.E.M. (Global Energy & Manufacturing). The role combines AI solutioning, business consulting, go-to-market execution, opportunity identification, customer engagement support, and strategic pursuit activities.

The candidate will work closely with Sales & Presales Teams, Industry Principals, Solution Architects, and AI specialists to shape AI opportunities, develop compelling client narratives, and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

AI Go-To-Market Support

• Support development of AI solution collateral, value propositions, pitch decks, case studies, and client-facing assets.
• Assist in positioning AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Data & Analytics, Automation, and Industry AI solutions to clients.
• Contribute to AI-related responses for RFIs, RFPs, proactive proposals, and strategic pursuits.
• Support internal and client-facing workshops, ideation sessions, and AI discovery engagements.
• Support preparation for customer meetings, demos, and executive discussions.

Opportunity Identification & Solutioning

• Conduct account and industry research to identify potential AI opportunities.
• Help map business challenges to relevant AI-led solutions and offerings.
• Work with solution architects and SMEs to shape solution approaches and business cases.
• Support creation of executive-ready presentations and client proposals.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI offerings, solution bundles, and reusable assets.
• Support creation of industry-specific use cases, customer success stories, and thought leadership content.
• Track emerging AI trends, market developments, partner ecosystems, and competitive positioning.

Required Experience

• 5 years of experience in GTM, Presales, Business Consulting, Digital Transformation, or related roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing client-facing presentations, proposals, business cases, or strategic recommendations.
• Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Data & Analytics, Automation, Cloud, and Digital Transformation concepts.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
