Job summary

Indegene is seeking an AI Consulting professional in Bengaluru with 4–5 years of experience in management and technology consulting. You will partner with clients to define AI-driven business strategies, identify high-impact GenAI use cases, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.

You will support pre-sales, build compelling value propositions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver proof-of-concept projects and governance strategies, driving adoption and measurable

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent consulting/business strategy background is an advantage.
• Experience in Management/Technology/Digital/AI consulting roles with client-facing delivery.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and enterprise AI applications.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solution design or consulting-led sales.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and opportunities for AI adoption.
• Conduct discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify and prioritize Generative AI use cases.
• Translate business requirements into practical, scalable AI solutions and implementation approaches.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency through Generative AI.
• Support sales pursuits by developing compelling AI solution narratives and value propositions.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Build business cases, ROI models, and value realization frameworks for Generative AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with account and delivery teams to identify opportunities and support consulting-led engagements.
• Design Generative AI solutions across content creation, enterprise knowledge management, automation, customer and employee experiences, and GenAI Video Services.
• Evaluate emerging AI platforms and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions based on client requirements.
• Develop proofs of concept (POCs), prototypes, demonstrations, and point-of-view (POV) assets.
• Guide clients on AI governance, responsible AI practices, adoption considerations, and implementation strategies.
• Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Present recommendations confidently to senior leadership and executive audiences.
• Coordinate effectively across consulting, product, engineering, and delivery teams.
• Drive alignment, solution adoption, and value realization across client engagements.

Desired Profile:

• Experience: 4–5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Technology Consulting, Digital Consulting, AI Consulting, Innovation, or Solution Consulting.
• Education: MBA or equivalent consulting/business strategy background is an advantage.
• Client Consulting: Strong client-facing consulting experience with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
• Pre-Sales & Business Development: Experience supporting pre-sales, business development, solutioning, or consulting-led sales pursuits.
• Technical Skills: Good understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise AI applications.
• Tools & Technologies: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar Generative AI platforms.
• AI Governance: Understanding of AI governance, compliance, privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Domain Expertise: Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, BFSI, or enterprise consulting environments is preferred.
• Functional Skills: Client Consulting, Consultative Selling, Business Acumen, GenAI & Digital Consulting, Solution Design & Innovation, and Structured Problem Solving.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, facilitation, stakeholder influence, negotiation, executive presence, ownership, and accountability.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience structuring ambiguous business problems.
