Job summary

AKM Global in India is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions for business processes, including Generative AI, AI Agents, MCP, and workflow automation on modern platforms.

You will build AI agents and chatbots, implement RAG, and integrate AI models with enterprise applications via REST APIs and databases. Strong Python, JavaScript, SQL skills and cloud experience (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) are required.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled AI professional who can design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions, business process automation, and system integrations. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, APIs, MCP (Model Context Protocol), workflow automation, and modern AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

AI Development

• Develop and deploy AI applications using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.


• Build AI Agents, AI Assistants, and Chatbots for business operations.


• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and knowledge management systems.


• Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and databases.

Automation & Workflow Development

• Design and implement workflow automation solutions.


• Automate repetitive business processes using AI and automation platforms.


• Create end-to-end automated workflows


• Optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

API & Integration

• Develop and manage REST APIs and Webhooks.


• Integrate AI solutions with CRM, ERP, third-party applications.


• Connect multiple systems and applications through APIs.


• Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance.

MCP (Model Context Protocol)

• Configure and manage MCP servers.


• Integrate AI models with external tools and enterprise systems through MCP.

Solution Architecture

• Design scalable AI and automation architectures.
