Job summary

Indium Software is seeking a Senior AI Architect to spearhead intelligent automation initiatives using Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLMs. You will engage with clients to understand challenges, co-create AI solution designs, and guide reference architectures from discovery through delivery.

The role requires expertise in AI-DLC, AI orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integration to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready automations across business functions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in the AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) and AI-driven enterprise automations.
• Proven ability to design and implement Agentic AI systems with planning, reasoning and task execution.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases.
• Strong skills in API-first integration, REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise app integration.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one of .NET, Java, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI automation solutions for enterprise processes.
• Design and implement Agentic AI systems capable of multi-agent collaboration.
• Lead AI-DLC lifecycle activities from discovery to delivery and governance.
• Develop AI assistants and autonomous agents integrated with enterprise apps and databases.
• Evaluate foundation models and select appropriate tools based on business needs.

• DesignRetrieval-AugmentedGeneration(RAG)solutionsusingvectordatabases,embeddings,andenterpriseknowledgerepositories.
• BuildAI-drivenworkfloworchestrationforusecasessuchascustomersupport,IToperations,HRfinance,sales,procurement,andbusinessprocessautomation.
• DesignsecureAIarchitecturesincorporatingguardrails,governance,human-in-the-loopapprovals,auditability,andcompliance.
• Evaluateandrecommendfoundationmodels(OpenAI,Anthropic,Gemini,Llama,Mistral,etc.)basedonbusinessandtechnicalrequirements.
• CollaboratewithbusinessstakeholderstoidentifyautomationopportunitiesandtranslatethemintoscalableAIsolutions.
