Job summary

Elabs Infotech is seeking a hands-on DevOps & AI Automation Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Python, CI/CD automation, and AI Agent Development. The role focuses on building intelligent automation solutions, automating enterprise workflows, and integrating cloud and enterprise platforms using Python and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design AI Agents and intelligent automation solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build and configure solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop automation workflows with Power Automate and integrate with APIs.
• Develop production-ready Python scripts, utilities, back-end services, and REST APIs.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Automate build, testing, release, deployment, approvals, and rollback processes.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, REST APIs, cloud services, databases, and business workflows.
• Build agentic workflows involving tool calling, API integrations, workflow orchestration, approvals, and exception handling.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.

We are looking for a hands‑on DevOps & AI Automation Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Python, CI/CD automation, and AI Agent Development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building intelligent automation solutions, developing AI agents, automating enterprise workflows, designing CI/CD pipelines, and integrating cloud and enterprise platforms using Python and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI Agents and intelligent automation solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build and configure solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop automation workflows using Power Automate and integrate with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Develop production‑ready Python scripts, automation utilities, backend services, and REST APIs.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Automate application build, testing, packaging, release, and deployment processes.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, REST APIs, cloud services, databases, and business workflows.

Mandatory Skills

1. Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform Mandatory

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience building and configuring Copilots and AI‑powered conversational solutions.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Power Automate workflow development and automation.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with APIs, enterprise applications, and business processes.

2. Python – Mandatory

• Strong hands‑on experience in Python development and automation.
• Experience developing automation scripts, utilities, backend services, or APIs.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent frameworks is preferred.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, JSON, and API integrations.

3. CI/CD & DevOps – Mandatory

• Strong hands‑on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of automated build, test, release, deployment, approvals, and rollback processes.
• Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and release management.

4. AI Agent Development – Mandatory

• Hands‑on experience building AI Agents / Intelligent Agents.
• Experience with agent orchestration, workflow automation, tool calling, and API integrations.
• Experience integrating agents with enterprise applications and business workflows.
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, or Agentic AI is highly desirable.

5. Azure Cloud – Mandatory

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, App Services, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry is preferred.

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Knowledge of Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Helm.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, security, compliance, and responsible AI.
• Experience with LLM applications, RAG pipelines, vector databases, or multi‑agent systems.
