Qualifications

Responsibilities

• AI Agent Development: design and build AI agents using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other LLM platforms.
• Workflow Automation: develop AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive business processes and integrate tools into unified workflows.
• Product & Development Support: create AI-assisted wireframes, prepare PRDs, SRS, and workflow docs, support planning and implementation.
• Documentation & Content: develop AI-powered document generation systems and reusable prompt libraries.
• Research & Innovation: stay updated with latest AI models, evaluate new tools, build POC solutions.
• Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and train teams on AI agents and workflows.

Education

About the Role

The ideal candidate will develop AI agents using leading Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI platforms. You will create intelligent workflows, automate business processes, develop AI-powered solutions, and contribute to product innovation. Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

• Design and develop AI agents using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other LLM platforms.
• Build AI-powered solutions for business automation, content generation, documentation, and internal workflows.

Workflow Automation

• Develop AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive business processes.
• Integrate AI tools into unified workflows and optimize prompts for accuracy and consistency.
• Continuously improve AI agents based on user feedback.

Product & Development Support

• Create AI-assisted wireframes and solution prototypes.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, including PRDs, SRS, and workflow documents.
• Support development teams with solution planning and implementation.

Documentation & Content

• Develop AI-powered document generation systems.
• Create reusable prompt libraries, templates, and documentation for internal use.

Research & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest AI models and emerging technologies.
• Evaluate new AI tools and identify opportunities for business improvement.
• Build proof-of-concept (POC) solutions using emerging AI technologies.

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Support the adoption of AI tools and train team members on newly developed AI agents and workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Agents.
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI workflow automation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging AI technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AI APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Exposure to automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Understanding of AI agent frameworks, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
• Familiarity with Git, AI-assisted design/prototyping tools, or other modern development practices.
• Personal, academic, or open-source AI projects will be an added advantage.
