Job summary

Tanvra Software Solutions seeks a Senior Technical Lead/Architect to steer AI/GenAI platform architecture and enterprise solutions. You will shape technology strategy, design scalable cloud-native systems and lead cross-functional teams across product, data and security.

You will mentor engineers, drive modern data and AI governance, and collaborate with customers on architecture discussions and pre-sales when needed. Office-based role with 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• 12 to 18 years in software engineering, architecture and leadership.
• Strong experience with AI/GenAI, LLMs and enterprise AI.
• Hands-on knowledge of RAG, AI Agents, Vector DBs, LLM orchestration and AI evaluation.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of microservices, APIs, Kubernetes, Docker and distributed systems.
• Experience with Data Lakes, PostgreSQL and modern data platforms.
• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD and AI governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead/Architect to lead the architecture and engineering of AI/GenAI platforms and enterprise solutions. The role will drive technology strategy, solution architecture and engineering excellence across Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, cloud-native platforms, distributed systems and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of scalable, secure AI/GenAI and enterprise platforms.
• Design solutions using LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, AI Agents, Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs and Multi-Agent systems.
• Define cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Drive microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, Kubernetes, Docker and service mesh adoption.
• Architect AI/Data platforms including Data Lakes, real-time data and enterprise data services.
• Establish MLOps/LLMOps, AI SDLC, CI/CD, model evaluation, observability and AI governance.
• Drive AI security, privacy, Responsible AI and enterprise technology standards.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions and platform modernization initiatives.
• Mentor senior engineers/architects and influence cross-functional Engineering, Product, Data and Security teams.
• Support customer architecture discussions, solution workshops and technical pre-sales when required.
